Afternoon Tea Classes

Learn how to prepare and serve an authentic English Afternoon Tea in the comfort of your own home.

You will receive instructions on the preparation of sandwiches, suggested fillings, how to make scones and a proper cup of tea.

Also, the difference between Afternoon Tea and High Tea will be discussed, there will be tea tastings, and each person will be left with written information on the history of tea, where it is grown and sample recipes.
